In the interest of safety, repeat prescriptions cannot be requested over the telephone. Please allow 72 hours for your request to be processed.

You may order your repeat prescription in the following ways:

1. In writing.
2. By e-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  
3. By fax: 0115 9735767

Some local chemists provide an order and collection service for repeat prescriptions. Ask your pharmacist if they provide this service.

Aitune Medical Practice is also piloting a new on line repeat prescription facility. This service is different to our current e-mail system because it is integrated with the practice clinical system and gives you a list of your current repeat medication so all you have to do is tick the medication you require and press send and your prescription request will come to the practice. To activate this service firstly you need to contact the practice manager on 0115 8554250 who will be able to give you your username and password, then go to the following website https://SystmOnline.tpp-uk.com to log in and submit your prescription request. The practice is also planning to introduce on line booking but this is only at the testing stage at the moment but watch this space.
