Home Visits

Patients are requested to telephone the surgery before 10.00am if a visit is required that day. Emergency visits only will be arranged after that time.

Please give the reception team as much information as possible to enable the doctor to allocate priority to house calls.

Please remember that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit, so please consider carefully before you request this service.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the home visit please ring the surgery on 0115 8554250 and ask to speak to the Practice Manager.
