Midwifery Care

Our midwife provides ante-natal care, looks after those expectant mothers who have a normal pregnancy and cares for each mother and baby in the post natal period.

Sr Abbey's clinics take place on Wednesday afternoons and all day on Thursdays.

Our midwife is employed by Derby Hospitals Foundation Trust. 

Ante Natal Classes

Aqua natal classes are held at West Park leisure centre every Friday at 3pm.

Ask Sr Abbey for details of the ante natal classes when you see her for your first appointment.

BABES AND BUMPS are a group for teenage parents and pregant teenagers. They meet every Thursday 10.30am-12noon at Long Eaton Family Support Centre, Lime Terrace, Long Eaton Tel 0115 9098705

A BREASTFEEDING SUPPORT GROUP is held at Long Eaton Health Centre every Monday 09.45am-11.15am. Your midwife and health visitor will be available for support and advice
